Returns Procedure

We hope that your order will be to your complete satisfaction, if however you change your mind please contact us withing 30 days at info@giftsfromhandpicked.com where we will instruct you of a returns number

We recommend that you return your goods by Recorded Delivery as a receipt is not proof of shipping.  All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.  We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
