Unusual gift ideas and birthday gift ideas for women!
We know it can be tricky to think of different or unusual gift ideas for women. Just as you think you've got her sussed, she likes something you never thought she would! We rounded up all the women in the GFH office and got some great birthday gift ideas from them. Their view was that it's better to buy a more unusual gift for the women in your life (your wife, girlfriend, sister or mum) than to go for something safe and dull (like slippers). An unsual gift will show you’ve put that little bit more effort in and it will be appreciated.
We’ll agree with most women that some household gifts, like a food processor, probably won’t be appreciated as a birthday gift (neither will a set of spanners or a toilet seat for that matter), however many women will appreciate a more unusual gift like one of our organisers to keep all those names and addresses tidy, a recipe box to store recipe clippings, or a photo frame (and photo).
Another great birthday gift idea for women are ‘pretty things’ like fabric hearts to hang on doors and walls, plaques and blocks with sentimental messages or a keepsake box for all those special memories...a perfect birthday gift.
